I graduated with an overall 3.17/ 4.0 GPA and have learned to use Kaledo design software. I have worked with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create flats, learned about industry textile standards and testing and can hand illustrate designs. I also pursued a minor in Information Systems which has improved my Microsoft office and website design abilities.

Volunteer Experience/ Activities

I am currently involved as secretary of the student chapter of the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists at Central Michigan University. I  was involved on Central Michigan University’s campus in Zeta Theta Pi: Local Service Sorority as secretary and historian and am now an Alumna sister. I enjoy drawing and designing new clothing and am currently trying to enhance my skills with classes and practice. I enjoy volunteering with Toys for Tots during December and have done so for six years. I am also a lifetime member of Girl Scouts and helped to lead meetings after graduating high school and I helped plan and run the Girl Scout Mall Lock-in event for several years. I enjoy work and giving it my all.
